Slipping on Ice, do I have a case?
During the winter, there are a lot of ice accidents out there. I get folks calling asking about whether or not they have a case. A lot depends on the facts. If the fall was at a business and the business had plenty of time to do something about the public area, you might have a case. However, if there are facts to suggest you knew about the ice or should have known about it and did nothing to prevent yourself from getting hurt, you might be found negligent yourself and will not be able to recover.
