Rowan County Man Injured in Hit & Run
After spending several days in a Wilmington hospital, 21 year old Daniel Cody Khan remains in critical condition from injuries sustained in a July 2nd
hit and run accident.
Khan and his friends, students at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, were crossing a street in Wilmington when he was hit early Saturday morning.
The suspects were said to be driving a gold Mitsubishi Galant. Upon finding a gold mirror at the scene, the police were able to trace the vehicle back to driver, Erica Nicole Kane, 27 and passenger Mario Deran Robinson, 29, who were arrested on criminal hit and run and failing to report a traffic accident charges.
The family remains hopeful and invites others to support and pray for their son.
