Dr. Phil in Middle of Dog Bite Lawsuit

Dr. Phil has found himself in the middle of a lawsuit involving his own dog.

The famous doctor is requesting that the dog bite lawsuit against him be dropped immediately since it supposedly violates an agreement made with the victim. This agreement said that "I [Janet Harris] agree that any and all disputes, now existing or hereafter arising, between me...and Dr. Phillip McGraw and/or Robin McGraw...will be resolved exclusively and solely in a binding, confidential, private arbitration."

While it is unfair that Harris was bitten in the first place the legal grounds of her public dispute are clearly outnumbered by this previous agreement made in 2009. However, the McGraws do not want to forget about the lawsuit entirely, but rather have it dropped so the matter can be resolved in arbitration instead.
