Charlotte Man Killed in Construction Accident
The accident took place last Saturday at a Rock Hill, South Carolina construction site.
The 18-year-old construction worker was helping construct a future cycling track for the 2012 and 2013 USA Cycling International Omnium Track National Championship. The series of races is supposed to the newest addition to the Olympic Games.
The man suffered fatal injuries as a result of an accident involving a back hoe, and was pronounced dead at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill that same day.
